Periodically unfounded grief?

Hey so i'm sad at times for about 2 weeks, i don't feel like doing anything, i don't meet anyone and just watch something on netflix and suddenly after about 2 weeks i feel dazzling again. The last time this phase was about 4 months ago, the last time I had, as I think, a nervous breakdown because I never had this feeling, I felt lost and useless.

The trigger was just a small thing and I don't understand why? Since then things have also been miserable at school, even if I'm learning I only get an "unsatisfactory"

It may be that a lot of things have accumulated and that the one little thing was what made the barrel overflow.

I also have phases like this and I've been diagnosed with depression.

You should definitely speak to someone you trust or a doctor. Only these people can help you and actually determine what is wrong with you.

Thank you I don't want to talk to anyone

You are not alone in this.

In this difficult time these sad phases come.

Try to concentrate on school, that is of course the most important thing.

Furthermore, positive thinking will help you a lot.

So @justanormalgirl, a lot of people go through these phases. Is a type of depression. It is important to distract yourself particularly during such times. And if you like to withdraw, that's totally okay! I don't do it differently in such phases… Often times I'm on Girlfriend.net in such phases: ^

Sometimes we're thoughtful, sad, everyday life feels heavy as lead and we cry for no reason. Why this is not only perfectly okay, but also good for you.
