I have the following problem I got a Telefunken Smart tv from my friend and it always worked perfectly with her you could watch Netflix and YouTube and when I got it from her and it is with me now I have it with me connected to my internet to watch Netflix YouTube, of course, but nothing works i have internet i can access google and everything else but youtube and netflix don't open i waited 50 minutes for it to load nothing happened. Then I thought it was probably due to my FRITZ! Box got me at the FRITZ! Box and I set the Telefunken tv in the home network to unlimited Internet sharing then it should normally work according to YouTube sources but it did not work I also called Vodafone whether it is the router but they say it is not because I can't find any other solution someone please help me thank you in advance!

(It just opens like that and then stops like that with Netflix exactly the same)

Look if there's a software update. If that doesn't help, maybe reset to factory settings.

I can turn off the TV that didn't get stuck, only nothing happens except that the logo comes from YouTube or Netflix and doesn't continue to load (opens)

So, I don't have the Sony Smart TV, it is recommended to pull the plug while in operation and wait 10 minutes, but for me the only thing that helps is to completely reset the Smart TV and set it up again, TV programs, Internet and registration with the apps.

Go to the menu and reset, then your possibly hidden router IDs / access data for your accounts will be released and you can start again.
