Netflix subtitles changed?

Normally the subtitles were normal for me (white writing and no background). But suddenly the subtitles had a black background without anything to do. I've been trying to change that in one but it still stays black. Do you have any ideas what else I could do?

Too bad. Can you synonymous with the settings change anything? So if I want to have high-resolution playback, it's still the same bad quality

Nope. Already tried. It just annoys but I guess, you can do nothing except resign yourself. : /
