After I changed my password to Netflix, someone unknown had logged on. Ok, have changed again, maybe siblings weiterzählt. Well again, last night someone signed in nrw, changed directly this morning. But after not even two minutes I got an email again that someone from nrw has registered, I myself live in Berlin. What could that be? And what else can I do except change the password?

2 minutes is pretty hard.
I think your PC is infected, so any password changes will be recorded directly. You probably still save the new password in the browser, so you do not have to log in again and again. Such saved passwords can be displayed with Trojan-Master in one click. It could also be an oldschool keylogger, which always logs the new password.
