I have a problem and I don't know what to do next. With the disney plus app, if I haven't used my mobile phone, I can't get in automatically after a few hours. I don't log out beforehand either. I then have to log in again and again. It looks like the phone is logging itself out. Is that normal?
I don't have the problem with the netflix app.
What can I do?
There may be a "tick" when signing in to the Disney Plus app, which says "Remember me" or something similar. Have a look if there's something like that then select it and then you should be automatically logged in the next time.
I have samsung pass but that doesn't appear to save.
