Does netflix have problems with the subtitles?

I wanted to keep watching Naruto Shippuden on Netflix and I found out that from the twelfth season I can no longer watch it in Japanese with German subtitles. Why is that?

On chrunchyroll you can continue watching with german subtitles and on tvnow in german

That is not a problem, but depending on how you have delivered the sequence or have it available, it is also streamed via netflix.

In theory, you could also look at them in Italian, there's a sub.

PS: I've all in Japanese German because the voices in German are terrible no matter which anime.
