But legs but workout every day?

Hey After the corona crisis, I was just sitting at home, doing something for school and watching Netflix. However, I do a workout every day for about a week (also to prevent thrombosis because I take the pill)

I would like to have thinner legs and a flatter stomach…

Is it okay if I do a workout for 15 minutes every day or is that too much?

It's a bit much, especially in the initial phase, but in the end it will show your body whether it is too much.
Your body will punish you with hard sore muscles, if you don't get one, you can go on and have weathered the worst

That should be easy, but you could also bring a little variety, so different exercises every day or something.

But 15 minutes shouldn't be a problem. And every now and then a break from time to time.

That's OK. Only you mustn't overexert yourself and have to eat and drink enough and above all healthy. But if you have a cold, for example, you should leave it rather because your immune system needs more rest. It also keeps you fit.

The sore muscles are just the right thing, it shows that the body really starts to workout and especially if you have the most sore muscles and you can't get up anymore, you have to continue training.

"Especially if you have excessive muscle soreness and can't get up and you don't want to get up, you have to continue training."

Then you risk injuries, which at worst have to be cured for months and in which you are not allowed to do any sports.

In the case of sore muscles, it is neither good to continue exercising nor to move at all, but light movements. Incidentally, you can build muscles without sore muscles.

Ac

You can train every day. Your body tells you when it gets too much. 15 minutes is not exactly much now. As an alternative, you can also consider changing the method of contraception. Stopping hormones has worked wonders for me.

I did competitive sports in martial arts, for years, that was almost international in Germany, then I had to stop for private reasons and now I don't have to start here again and I promise you that all competitive and competitive athletes really do are properly trained, continue exercising if you have sore muscles. From nothing, comes nothing. Unfortunately so.

But that doesn't change the fact that it increases the risk of injury massively and, if you're unlucky, can throw you back "for months.

You should always have 1 day of regeneration because that is the phase in which the muscles grow, but believe that with 15 minutes of work out, 24 hours is enough
