Why bad Wi-Fi (Honor 10)?

I've had a problem with my wireless connection for a short time. My Honor 10 sometimes gives me an exclamation mark next to the Wi-Fi sign, even though I have full bars. I have already seen on the Internet that the Honor 10 more often no internet receives although enough is there and he is logged in the network.
