Question about Netflix? - 2

I have a question about the magenta TV subscription with Netflix on which I can register 2 devices! Right now I have it on the TV.

If I have Netflix on the TV and then get it on my mobile phone and the TV and log in with the same account on the mobile phone, can I have a new 2nd device with the account when I log off from the mobile phone?

In my experience, it is not the devices themselves that matter, but how many are on the same account…

But I would say that it works, try it on 3 devices, maybe my theory is correct
