After I have eaten lunch, I rest for a while and then do some sport. I often go to the skating rink to go mountain biking with my friends. I like to be out in the fresh air. When I'm back home, I often watch Netflix on my smart TV or tidy up my room. Then I always read something or listen to an audio book to fall asleep.
