Meaningful habits?

What sensible habits / things can I use my everyday life to not only watch and smoke Netflix. Something like sports, meditation etc

Sport and meditation are two good examples.

Walking or walking, reading books or practicing daily on a musical instrument are other useful examples 😊

Do not you find it plausible that only something can become a voluntary habit that has a positive meaning for you? If you had to overcome an internal resistance each time to do what you intended, you'll probably stop soon, right? Check it out - yes or yes?
How is it when you think about sports? Is there any resistance or joy? If there's no joy, but you still want to do it, you have to somehow make sure that you feel good about it (or afterwards) - then your brain has linked sport with something pleasant. That gives motivation for next time.
I hope that I have helped you with this, so that you can answer this question yourself.

Sport and meditation sound great. Both healthy, keeps you and makes you fit and brings you out in the long term out of the "drab" Netflix and smoking habits.

Meditation, especially mindfulness meditation not only lowers the "biological age", but is also a very good protection against depression, anxiety and addictive behavior.
