Why is it so weird with Netflix?

At HxH it is completely strange with Netflix the 1 season is divided into 3 seasons with Netflix is that so on purpose?

Yeah, weird.

Netflix is generally bad at dividing anime into seasons. At Seven deadly sins they did three seasons, although the few episodes between season one and two are not a separate season

Somehow, Netflix does not manage to arrange the episodes correctly in many anime.

Netflix doesn't get the episodes right is weird.
