Do you have fitness exercises that you can watch in bed, while reading, at the Netflix, or be on the phone, just like the lateral leg raises?

Or at best indirectly in the classroom, where you can't move much, without it attracting the muscles?

No, because fitness exercises are especially effective if they are performed with a high radius, the range of motion (ROM). You can't reach them while sitting in school. Besides, you can hardly call chilling when you make an effort?
