Inspiration breakfast, lunch and dinner?

Are there real fitness freaks here? I need inspiration, I want to start training again and I'm a little unmotivated because it always failed due to food. I ordered various fitness coaches a la sophia tiel and were totally dissatisfied with the sh.

I thought of something like ketogenic nutrition.

What do you always eat?

What do you snack on in front of the Netflix television without hesitation?

I'm looking for honest and simple recipes from my own experience.

For breakfast I eat oatmeal with oat milk, for lunch mostly rice, potatoes, beans, chickpeas or pasta with vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, corn, peas etc.) and in the evening a black bread or Volkorn bread with vegan

Hummus spread.

In between I eat nuts and sunflower seeds. Oh and of course fruit in between (bananas, apples, oranges, kiwis.)

Drink a lot of water.

That gives you the necessary energy.

Vegan and keto become a little difficult.

I know that. Vegan only because I'm lactose intolerant.

Thank you so much. I also ate oatmeal for a while. I switched to dinkeflocken and somehow I don't like my preparation at all. Can you give me some tips on how to prepare them?

I always take 200ml milk and 5 tbsp spelled flakes, a little maple syrup and a banana.

Lactose-free milk… But I don't tolerate it so well. I bought and tried alpro milk and soy milk from alpro at rewe… It wasn't my thing…

Try oat milk, hazelnut milk, cashew milk or coconut milk.
