I'm with Unity Media my tariff is 100 Mbit / s but when I do a speed test then the result is different from minute to minute a mall shows 20 Mbit / s then again 8 then 40 opload and ping are almost always 100% only download always swaying so that when I watch Netflix, for example, the picture is just shaking. Aha Speed Test shows that from Unity Media Server to my modem 113 Mbit / s comes I have already placed in different places without success. What can that be?

Speed tests have no informative value because network providers recognize them and then prioritize the data transport.
