Anime download website?

I'm looking for a website where you can download anime gersub (if it's not entirely legal, you can write me a private message).

I have Netflix, but there's not every anime that I would like to have. I also have Amazon Prime Video, but there's hardly any anime without paying extra.

Hope someone can give me tips.

PS: I usually watch anime on legal sites (read: the makers earn something). However, Internet fluctuations do not always work in summer.

Wakanim should also have an offline function.

I do not name illegal sites, we're not warez sites.
