I currently have a internet tariff with 150Mbit / s download and 20Mbit / s upload.
Now I have the opportunity to switch to the following rates:
200Mbit / s download and 20Mbit / s upload
OR
125Mbps download and 50Mbps upload
Which one would you choose? How important is uploading to online gaming?
If important on the TV Netflix and Amazon Prime Video is viewed. Also, we own two Xbox One and one PS4 with sometimes two consoles running at the same time.

I would take 200Mbits / down and 20Mbit / s up When will you please in the situation that you need 50Mbit / s? Actually, never unless you upload photos and so on. Even 6Mbit / s is enough for gaming ^^
The download would be more important to me
Upload you do not actually need to play for. Just to send feedback to you server. These are minimal files. The download is important. But we also often have 2 consoles on the internet, 2 mobile phones and more. And we have a 50k line.
For gaming you need a good ping. The data rate is initially uninteresting, since not even so much is sent.
Neat downlink is good if several people want to watch Netflix at the same time or if you want to download fast, so as to Instead of a big HDD, it's better to be able to play a smaller SSD for games, so that you can throw the games away without thinking.
