Problem with the Thomson 32FD5506 comes on but does not show anything after the name in red?

After switching off with the power switch, which is the only way according to the instructions, it goes on but the screen shows nothing. The TV does not respond to the remote control and does not display a menu. If you try to stream on TV via YouTube or Netflix, however, it responds to it. It only loads in a loading screen from either YouTube or Netflix.

Can you switch it to stand by with the remote control? Does the remote control work? Hold the LED of the remote control in front of the camera lens of the smartphone and press a few buttons, if it works then the LED lights up on the display.

Yes I can, after a long press on the standby button it goes into standby. However, there's nothing else I can do. The screen remains dark after the Thomsen logo has disappeared.

Are transmitters installed? Unfortunately I don't find any instructions for the device at all, do you have a link to an instruction manual?

Bought yesterday. Operating instructions are not available online. No transmitters installed but since I can't get in anywhere and therefore don't see any settings, I can't do this either. I think I'll bring him back a shame but thanks
