Childhood box?

I'm now 22 and would now see my childhood as finished.

Since I'm currently at home in my parents' house and see all the old things, I'm thinking of filling a "childhood box" or rather a huge box with the most formative material things of my childhood.

Do you think my kids will go through this at some point and find it interesting? That there were CDs, no Netflix, old toys etc. Or will no child care?

Me

Sure do that. My child also found the old tapes or photos interesting and I still have my demolished Barbie doll, which is now almost 50 years old

For you, too, if you open the box in 50 years

That's nice. I somehow like the idea of showing my child something from "earlier".

Me

Yes, and a diary is also nice, also for yourself. Later I wrote another one about and for my child. Development of what happened during his baby and toddler phase. Films were shot for this. It's so nice to see them again.

I think that's a nice idea and I have memorabilia myself. Many children would be interested in something like that.

Children are very different.

But many find "earlier" interesting. It will be really exciting if you can find a cassette or record from a parent or grandparent, for example. Or other old "developed" things.
