WLAN is constantly disconnecting FRITZ! Box?

Moin, I've had a FRITZ for a week! Repeater 1200 connected to my FRITZ! Box 7312 is running.

So that only certain devices can connect to it, I gave it its own Wi-Fi SSID (see picture).

If everything goes well, I only have the problem that all devices that are connected to the FRITZ! Box are connected (except for the repeater), disconnect more often by themselves and reconnect shortly afterwards. This is particularly problematic when watching Netflix or the like.

Well, can someone help to repair this or is it just a setting in the FRITZ! Box that I accidentally chose?

Thanks in advance!

Your Fritzbox is extremely old and even then not the best.

At and it helped a lot to buy a new one.

If you rent it from 1&1 you can also request a new one

Take a look at the events of the FritzBox, maybe the reason is there.

The latest update, if not already done, I would import into the FritzBox (the current version for the 7312 is FRITZ! OS 6.55)

Both are explained here:

Yes, the FritzBox is very old, maybe this old FritzBox can't handle live video streaming (not IGMPv3 compatible?). See if it only happens when streaming video. And what happens when you don't use the repeater. Perhaps repeaters and routers are fighting over the free Wi-Fi channels at 2.4 GHz. Then set different WLAN channels fixed for 2.4 GHz in the two simple ones (only 1, 6 and 11 are suitable, do not set any intermediate channels).
