Screen time gray bars?

I have been using an iPhone for years and there's the attitude that you can check what you have done on the cell phone, but for me the bars have turned gray, I'm aware that the gray bars are only there when you use apps which are not in the categories but I have not changed anything, I always have Snapchat, Instagram, YouTube, Netflix, Disney + etc. I did that before, but the bars are not only gray when I look at what I used for apps since only "Settings": /, thanks in advance! ❤️
