While watching normal TV there are no bars, but if I want to watch a video or series / film on Youtube or Netflix, black bars always appear at the top and bottom. The image is simply cut off. With YouTube videos I can change the picture mode when watching, which then disappears, but come back with the next video. With Netflix it doesn't work at all.
Is there any attitude that I accidentally changed? I mean it wasn't like that in the beginning. I also reset the settings, but didn't help either.
I hope you have an idea how I can get it back, because that's pretty annoying.
Maybe reset the entire device.
Otherwise - provided the stubborn piece of Tek is still within the guarantee - have it sent in for repair.
