Why can only 1 person watch Netflix?

We bought a netflix abo for 7,99 euro. We noticed that only 1 person can watch something at the same time. But when I was in another network, it worked. I needed help with that

You have the wrong subscription, that does not even have HD.

The "normal" subscription costs 11.99 and allows 2 devices simultaneously and HD.

Netflix base is for one person and 1 device. You get help by switching to standard for 11.99. As simple as that.

You can log in to Netflix on multiple devices, whether that's the TV or mobile phone, tablet, etc. You just can't watch the devices at the same time. Only one thing can be actively used. Otherwise, you'll need to change the subscription if you want to watch multiple devices at the same time.
