To all The Witcher players / gamers - How do you like the series on Netflix?

I thought they were pretty good, but I've never played a game of the series or read a book about it, so I have no comparison. For example, I'm a big Assassin's Creed fan, but found the film to be bad. I also played all the Max Payne parts and found the film for the first game well implemented.

The series is great, but it sticks more to the books. If you don't know them, the story sometimes seems a bit strange.

I found it really strong, although it was a bit opaque at the beginning, because of the different storylines and times.

But that changed over time and the actors were great across the board.

I only know the games myself, which are loosely based on the template and the series, on the other hand, is strongly based on the books.

In contrast to many others, I didn't find that there's a big discrepancy between series and game at all.

After all, the series is the film adaptation of the books and thus takes place many years before the games. Apart from that, the game is more likely to be modified and the series shows how it should really be, not the other way around.

I know books and games and when I saw the series, I was positively surprised and a bit disappointed at the same time. Sometimes it was very precise and it was funny to see the picture that you had of these scenes in your head now in "reality". On the other hand, they have already made strong deviations from the books "to make it more exciting" and "more suitable for series production".
