Netflix Silverlight Plug-in makes problems?

We wanted to watch a movie on Netflix in our class, so a friend of mine logged in with their account on our old Windows school computer. But when we clicked on any film, it said there was a plug-in to install. We did that too, but it still does not work. As if, we would not have downloaded it. We tried different films, but no one left…
