How can I download movies with mobile data on Netflix?

I'm on holiday right now and the Wi-Fi here is very bad. But I wanted to download a movie from Netflix. But I have looked at the app settings and there's this slider so you can download the movie without wlan. Only this is just a little paler and so that you can't use it. Do I have to stop something else or why not?

Install the app again. Everything works for me.
