Problems with SD card internally moving files?

I bought an SD card for my tablet (does not recognize the card) so I've done it on an old cell phone and have downloaded various Netflix movies on it. So now I wanted to run the movies on a media player to test. The player recognizes the card - but the movies are not displayed. The directories are all empty. Can I somehow search on the pc and rename or push the movies on the sd in another directory?

Yes, the laptop recognizes everything! Only my tablet is not. I got the tablet because I soon have to cure and there's no tv and no wlan. Wanted to use it to watch offline movies. The films are also on the map I just do not know how I can watch the aufm now on Tablet.
