Hi, I share a Netflix account with my family.
I sometimes download films or a couple of episodes from a series in case I want to see them on a drive or something.
The other day I wanted to download something again, but then I got the notification that I had downloaded too many things.
But I checked all accounts and there wasn't a single download.
What can be the reason?
You have to delete a few downloads
I already had that too. Then I deleted the files from my device and then it worked again.

I had the same problem with Disney +, you just have to call support and they'll unlock you again!
