When I watch a movie or a series on Netflix or Prime it often happens that it stops and loads buffers. So whether there's no internet connection. It is already connected via lan cable. What else can I do here to get a permanent signal?
It sounds like your internet is too slow or too busy. That means you either need a faster internet connection or you have to relieve your network by e.g. Get out of the Wi-Fi with your smartphone.

Your provider may also have problems. But try to relieve your network (take as many devices out of the network as possible)
