Disney + app loads long?

I got the Disney + app today. Unfortunately, when I start the app, it only loads. You only see the charging ring all the time. I had it loaded for half an hour, cleared the cache and tried to restart, nothing worked.

It works perfectly on my mother's cell phone (same model). The Netflix app on my phone also works, only Disney + charges forever.

Does someone have the same problem and / or an idea what could be the cause and what can be done?

I haven't had the problem, but maybe it's because your phone is too old or not as powerful.
