PC crashes through Netflix. Why?

If I want to watch Netflix and go over the films or series where a trailer is usually played, my Chrome crashes first and then I have a still screen and have to restart my PC. It works normally on my cell phone, but it occasionally crashes on my computer. Can someone help? LG
