Fire TV Stick always crashes?

My Fire TV Stick has always worked without problems but it suddenly crashes for about 2 seconds, it shows no picture and time only "HDMI" on. It totally annoys. Whether I watch Netflix (via the Fire TV Stick) or watch a movie on Amazon every 10-20 seconds, it crashes for 2 seconds. Have the Fire Tv Stick already restarted, plug checked and pulled out, all right.
