I have an Acer switch 3. I got it as a present and learned it was the exhibit. In the beginning everything was fine, but now I can't watch Netflix or other videos while loading and writing in Word is no longer possible.
The screen stops responding. The videos have a long high pitch and otherwise he does not react and crashes. Then he drives up automatically and crashes again. This goes on until I unplug him from the electricity switch off and then charge. As soon as it's full I can take it off the electricity and turn it on then everything goes. I've already set it back. From just system cleanup to completely reset everything

Do you use the original charging cable for the Acer or just any that fits?
Because I could think of only 2 things that may be. If already on the software side the laptop was completely reset.
The power supply has a quirk and brings out abnormal power or it's too much voltage.
The power supply should have 19 volts and at least 2.37 amps…
Compare that to the power supply you have. If not then get yourself an original or a matching power supply. Also important is the polarity of the plug.
I use the original cable. And also the socket where I load my phone too.
