Switch video inputs on / off separately from each other?

I have the following problem: I have connected my monitor and my TV to my PC.

There are moments when I just want to gamble and best of all in 144hz. But my monitor can only display them when my TV is off or not connected.

Then there are moments when I just want to watch a blury on my TV. In order to see this, I have to lock my monitor (making it out is not enough) because something else with hdcp value is wrong.

And then there are moments when I want to gamble and my girlfriend wants to watch Netflix on my TV. So I can't get my cables in / out every time.

So and now to my real question: can I switch these ports (1 display port monitor / 2 hdmi TV) to my desk using a switch? Unfortunately I didn't find anything on the internet and building it myself is always such a thing because the shielding is extremely important. I already had the idea to put a 1-2 switch per cable in between and always switch one channel of it dead. But that is not a correct solution in my eyes.

Get a simple "BlueRay" player and decouple the TV from the PC.
We did it too, because trying to operate everything with the PC seemed too big.
