I Pad Pro 2020 crashes every 10 minutes when using OneNote?

My new I Pad Pro 11 "2020 crashes about every 10 minutes and then automatically restarts. I can't say for sure whether it's actually due to OneNote. With other apps like YouTube or Netflix it never happened. The current software update was installed.
