Should I get an I pad 2?

I would like to get an I pad, but I don't know which one. Since I only need it for Netflix / Youtube / games, I don't want to spend more than 200 euro, which is why an I pad from a second hand is not excluded I came across the I pad 2… Does anyone have any experience or can I say something about it? Can you recommend others that meet my expectations?
