Netflix series script?

I'm a total film and series fan and I already have a script for a short film but also several longer ones.

Now I wanted to ask how one can sell scripts for series and films on Netflix and when. How and how much money do you get roughly? And how do you find the directors' contacts?

I think the best way to do this is through an agent. The agent can then ultimately arrange productions for you. Have to google, maybe foreign agencies too.
