How to get in touch with film producers?

I'm currently a student and I want to publish my series idea and work with Netflix. Netflix only accepts scripts written with scriptwriters or producers. Now I would be interested in how I should get in touch with the scriptwriter etc. I wrote my script or the plot of my series idea, but don't know how to get in touch with the producers or scriptwriters…

If the series is very well received, will I get any money? Or do the producers just get money?

Does anyone have experience with it? Is anyone familiar with it?

How long is your synopsis or script? An idea is not worth much, but a developed idea can be worth something.

The best thing to do is to produce the pilot yourself or have it produced out of your own pocket and then send it around, so you have the best chance as a complete nobody.

So it is, anything other than the unknown is nearly impossible.

It's been a long time, I'm thinking about expanding it.

But I'm done with the first chapter, I want to collect more ideas to extend the series 😅

Can I just get in touch with scriptwriters etc? So that she can correct my script etc. And give suggestions for improvement?!

Is this possible? Can I also have a say in the filming myself? And play a small role yourself? Or can I not? Are producers only allowed to decide on the film adaptation? I mean, I only know how the characters should be and how they should look…
