Netflix downloads on a new device?

I wrecked my old cell phone where, among other things, Netflix films were on it and the cell phone is broken, but you can only download films on one device. As I said, I no longer have access to my old device but want to download films on my new device, does someone have a plan?

Go to the account on your laptop and then click on downloads and delete downloads that works
