So. My best friend has Netflix and she has offered to give me her data that I can look over her Acc movies and TV shows. I want to know about this is illegal or legal? Does anyone know?

but you can already do it and probably will not be up but obs is legal I do not know googles easy.
I would not be very worried about that. Sharing is not prohibited and as long as you share the account with both of you:-)
No. Only a kind of breach of contract, but not geeded.
In addition, only so many streams can look at the same time as contractually agreed (between one to 4 connections). So if your friend has a contract for 2, but uses only one, why not.
