Which film fits this description?

I saw a certain film once and would like to see it again.

I still remember the following:

A man is sent to a military camp (?) For an incorrect reaction to a threat.

In general, the film is about fighting aliens. When this man dies for the first time, he notices that he is stuck in a time loop that is repeated every time he dies.

Anyone have an idea what the film is called? I think this movie is on Netflix.
