I'm watching the movie Sherlock A Study in Pink / A Case of Pink and have found that still German terms displayed instead of English
I do not know how to call this font, e.g. When an SMS was sent, the text was still displayed in German instead of in English but why and can somehow change that?
You look here almost the German video footage with English soundtrack. But you can't change that. That's because it's technically easier to just swap the audio track and no video tracks (that would require a lot more memory), especially since that's just not necessary anymore. But since these lyrics are firmly integrated into the video material, you can't change that (you can see that in films, too, where signs or similar can be seen, which are then translated in the subtitles).
