Netflix in English with German subtitles?

My teacher used my Netflix account at school. We watched a movie and have no idea how she switched to English with German subtitles. No matter what I want to see, everything is in English, German subtitles. How do I change that?

Go to netflix. At the top right you go to your picture, do not click, just drive over it. Then a bar appears. Click on account. Scroll down there, language, there you click, German

Click on what you want to look at and press Pause and below it says "Audio & Subtitles" on it and enter what you want
