Wi-Fi only with socket?

I will soon move into an old building. In this 1 room apartment there are only sockets, no other connections. Now I need Internet to study or watch Netflix. Is there a way for me to do something like a Wi-Fi router for the socket or something?

There are USB sticks that connect to the Internet via LTE, because you use a corresponding SIM and can receive Internet with a corresponding provider via the GSM / LTE network.
