Sky: annual or monthly subscription?

I'm currently thinking about getting a Sky package (probably Entertainment Plus / Netflix & possibly Cinema). I just don't go through the whole payment process, will it be debited monthly or as an annual fee? The start page says "For € 20.00 per month * (with an annual subscription, then € 25.00 per month with a monthly subscription)"

When I'm at the checkout at the end, there's a one-off price of 12.50 euro for logistics. The actual fee will only be charged to the account in the following month. Since "annual subscription" is on the homepage, I'm a little confused. For me that means paying everything in one fell swoop and then monthly from the 2nd year onwards.

Do I understand that correctly or not?

That has something to do with the notice period with the possibility of monthly termination, it costs 5 euro more per month, it is always debited monthly, with an annual subscription the minimum contract period is 12 months.
