Question about Sky (Q)?
I set up a Sky Entertainment subscription a few days ago, or I tried. I could not verify my age because I'm from Austria. A Sky Entertainment subscription you can apparently only have as a German. So I phoned the support, the guy said, give me your details. (Iban, name, etc.) He said it all clear it's set up, I did not even have to verify my age. I have not even registered, (My customer number is not yet in the system) but it rings a man and brings me a Sky Receiver! I just set up Sky Entertainment? Here is a photo:
What is this receiver, and what is Sky Q? Do I have to pay extra for the receiver? I checked the internet, Sky Q is a mix of Netflix + Sky. There it says, it costs 30 euro, but on the phone the man said 12,49. How much is it now? What is that? I just wanted to watch TV series. Do I have to pay for the receiver?

Sky Entertainment is a program package that you can book.

Nobody here knows what you could have booked for a current offer, but entertainment in Austria currently costs 12.49 euro a month, the receiver is a lead receiver and free.
SKY Q is the generic term for the SKY offer and the receiver, if you want to use Netflix you have to book Entertainment Plus, your package is without Netflix.
