So apart from the Netflix Originals and stuff like that, of course. I only know Sky from Sky Sport, who always had the exclusive rights for the Bundesliga and Champions League and was forced to get sky sports if they wanted to follow the Champions League (luckily not today). That's why I remember Sky so expensive and you could only complete at least 12 months of contracts.
Apparently not with Sky Ticket so I do not think you can watch all the shows and movies there for 20 euro is there any extra cost to be incurred? It just seems to me to be unbelievable, so I ask. I wanted to get Sky ticket anyway, because they own the exclusive rights to Game of Thrones, but if the cost was only 20 euro a month, I would even give up Netflix or Amazon Prime (or both) and switch to sky ticket (it does at what they all offer in series / movies etc.)
If you want to watch TV shows, you need the entertainment package for Sky Ticket. That costs 9.99 euro per month and can be terminated monthly. For movies you need the cinema package. This costs 14.99 euro per month. If you want to watch TV shows AND movies, the prices add up (ie 24.98 euro).
As far as the selection is concerned, you can look at the following pages and see for yourself what's on offer. At least more than satisfied with that.

Movies are always about 1000 in the call. In the series, I can't say exactly. The big draft horses are e.g. The Walking Dead, Game of Thrones, Westworld… You can see them on Sky first.
