Netflix problem? - 2

I've had Netflix for years and stream my series there. I often download episodes and watch them, for example, when I'm on the train or when I don't have Wi-Fi. At the moment it doesn't work and always when I'm offline and If I click on the episode, an error message appears, so to speak (see picture) and I can't watch the episode, but when I'm online again it works without binding. How can I fix it, the episodes I download are there to help me see them offline?

Hi, you could just try deleting and re-downloading the episode. Sometimes Netflix downloads expire. If that doesn't work, I would wait for an update or contact Netflix support.
