A VPN that you have does not change the subscription to Netflix.
Whether you will be able to use it with VPN is another matter.
Overall, it should violate Netflix's terms and conditions. But I'm not sure because I haven't looked at them yet.

If the subscription is valid for Germany, it only means that you have to be in Germany and have to connect there. It doesn't matter which IP you call afterwards.
