If you go to language you can sometimes choose between German and German 5.1 I think. But what's the difference?
5.1 Dolby has something to do with audio playback. Are mostly sound systems, then it sounds 3 dimensional the sound
With one the sound quality is slightly better than with the other
So very simple. 5.1 means that the sound was mixed from 5 directions. You have 5 boxes with a 5.1 system (right, middle, left, right-rear, left-rear) and a subwoover. If you don't have such a system, you use the normal mix, which is usually Stereo and supported left / right / subwoover.
So you should choose the track that fits your own setup.
